Samantha graduated from MH Vicars in 2016 with 2200 hours of training and holds professional titles as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Manual Osteopathic Therapist (MOT) in 2024, and Chi Nei Tsang Practitioner since 2019. Her initial expertise in Therapeutic and Swedish massage was expanded to include specialized practices like cupping and Chi Nei Tsang. Samantha crafts each session with a holistic perspective, ensuring treatments are finely tuned to meet individual needs—be it through Relaxation Massage for soothing the nervous system, Therapeutic Massage and Cupping for addressing chronic injuries and tensions, or Chi Nei Tsang for fostering deeper internal awareness.
Samantha’s approach is deeply rooted in understanding the complex interplay between stress, emotions, posture, energy, and pain, focusing on how clients may disengage or become overly contemplative. Her practice is continually enhanced by her dedication to learning about trauma, somatics, mindfulness practices, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and energy work. This commitment is complemented by her specialized training in shiatsu, acupressure, somatic movement, trauma-informed care, and chronic pain management using manual therapy techniques.
Outside of her professional life, Samantha cherishes time spent with her four children, finds peace in gardening, and delights in reading.
